The undersigned agrees to a Credit Check by Mockingjay Management through Trans Union Credit. The applicant, if accepted for the apartment described below, decides not to rent the apartment for whatever reason, agrees to forfeit the Security Deposit.

This application is being made to Prospect Place Apartments hereinafter known as "Owner" the undersigned for rental located at Prospect Place Dr or Prospect Place Ct. I understand that should I lease an apartment, Mockingjay Management and its agents shall have the continuing right to review my credit and criminal information, rental application, payment history and occupancy history for account review purposes and for improving application review methods.
